Testimonies from our Nashville trip

It was definitely a time that I will never forget. I got to know ladies in the group really well and feel more connected with the Team. Those are priceless memories that I will never forget. I feel like I have gained lots of friends and sisters. I am thankful for the opportunity to see that there are many different types of dancing and to learn more about the prophetic aspect of dance. The Sunday night ministry experience was one that I feel was so powerful and there seemed to be a hunger in the congregation to want to worship God in a way that they never had. The barrier that I thought would be there considering it was a southern baptist church wasn't there. The Holy Ghost was really strong and it almost made me week in the knees but at the same time gave me a high that I never thought would be in that type of church. Oh yeah Healing was released in that place and I am almost sure that more than one person was healed that night. When you make yourself a willing vessel and forget about the barriers that are between us, then those barriers fall and there is a wide open time of ministry and worship that took place. It like wings of worship brought that church to a new level of worship. They may not worshiped like that on Sunday but they were able to see that its ok to worship in different ways:)

What a blessing I have receive being a part of this ministry! The entire trip was so different for me this time ,my whole focus was I wanted to see the anoiting that was going to take place throughout the weekend! I knew how much it had changed my life and I wanted it so bad for the ladies who got to go this time. I am proud to say that I MADE IT through the introductions this time. lol But you could tell there was going to be a movement about to take place! And it sure did , we got our BREAK THROUGH ON!!! and ...I wasn't the first to cry . That was day 1! Sunday really stood out for me. The day started with phone calls from home, everyone was in the dark. This really put a damper in my spirit, just worried about kids and all. So all day we are keeping up with what is going on at home and now I am worried, will we even have anybody at the church tonight. That was the wrong thing to worry over! I have NEVER witnessed the power of God move people as it did that evening, Awesome Testimonies were given! Lisa! WOW!! Joan! You are a amazing woman! If you have never been able to here these ladies speak I am telling you ,YOU will know all about the favor of God and what he can do when you just put it All in Gods hand.!! I am looking forward to the next one already. Blessings & Contract 2,3,4!

I had a wonderful time in Nashville with the ladies. I knew that God had us in Nashville for a reason and it really wasn't for the conference. Although I enjoyed the conference that is not why we were supposed to be in Nashville. God had other things in mind. We were invited to minister at a baptist church that we visited before while we were there. The pastor has such a sweet spirit about him and you can tell he hungers for more. We felt the presence of God while we were in the back room praying with the pastor before the service started and knew then that was the reason for us to be in Nashville. Lisa ,whom is in the group, was asked by Tammy to give her testimony. She was very nervous about it and wasn't sure she could do it. It blew me away to hear what God has brought her out of. She has never shared that with anyone before not even any of us in the group. To see her worship with the group and to see her smile as she is dancing is truly an amazing testimony to what God can do in a persons life. The entire weekend was a wonderful experience and I feel closer to the ladies in the group than ever. I am always blessed and encouraged by them and consider them all my sisters in Christ.

This trip was an experience that I'll never forget and always treasure. Since we have been home, not a minute passes that I keep in my mind Sunday night when we ministered at the church. From the time we walked in that door I felt God's presence so strong. Even though we were all so tired and wore out from the weekend and knowing we were getting aggravated, this was the best night. Once the Pastor said a prayer with us before we started, my tears flowed through the whole thing. There is absolutely no way to explain this night. Just AWESOME is all I can say. Pastor Lynn is a wonderful lady too. She taught so much and God used her to relieve me of a "baggage" I've carried for so long. I can't wait to be able to go again!

I really enjoyed the "Hiding Place" Conference in Nashville! It was an awesome time to learn different aspects of dance and ministry through dance. I really enjoyed the time of learning about Prophetic Dance! I had never experienced this and found it to be such an awesome way to minister. I really appreciated Pastor Lynn and her heart for God. It was such an honor to meet her and learn from her. What an awesome woman of God!
I have to say that the Sunday night of ministry that we did at Richland Baptist Church was definitely one of the highlights of the weekend! It was such an awesome time of ministry not only to the church, but I think to us as a group! It was such a blessing for us! God simply showed up in such an awesome way! What an honor to be able to minister to the Lord and His people!
We really had fun as a group! We laughed together, cried together, and I really enjoyed it all! It was such an awesome weekend!

I have a slideshow from the conference and I am working on posting video clips from the evening concert and there will be a blog post just to highlight the ministry that took place on Sunday night. Over the next few days I will be posting testimonies from some of the ladies that went on this trip. Enjoy the pictures!

Hide-and-Seek

When we stand before the congregation to minister, people should see the Lord and not us. We should be so hidden in God that people experience His presence when they come in contact with us. Movement ministry is never about showcasing ourselves.

When we do not take care to get our flesh out of the way, the glory of the Lord cannot be revealed. No flesh shall glory in His presence. Hiding is not about covering up sins, becoming a character on a stage, or faking it until we make it. Being hidden is when only the Lord gets the honor from the ministry that is demonstrated.

We can only hide in Him when we seek Him. If we seek Him, we will find Him. When we find Him, we find everlasting life and the fullness of joy. Having these things will enable us to lead others to Him and receive eternal life. Once we encounter His presence, we must continue to move with Him. We can continue to do that if we hide and seek and remain hidden in Him.

Deuteronomy 4:29 (NKJV)
But from there you will seek the LORD your God, and you will find Him if you seek Him with all your heart and with all your soul.

2 Chronicles 12:14 (NKJV)
And he did evil, because he did not prepare his heart to seek the LORD.

Psalm 17:8-9 (NKJV)
Keep me as the apple of Your eye; Hide me under the shadow of Your wings, from the wicked who oppress me, from my deadly enemies who surround me.

Psalm 27:5 (NKJV)
For in the time of trouble He shall hide me in His pavilion; In the secret place of His tabernacle He shall hide me; He shall set me high upon a rock.

Proverbs 22:3 (NKJV)
A prudent man foresees evil and hides himself, but the simple pass on and are punished.

Day 2

Jeremiah 29:11-14 (The Message)
10-11This is God's Word on the subject: "As soon as Babylon's seventy years are up and not a day before, I'll show up and take care of you as I promised and bring you back home. I know what I'm doing. I have it all planned out—plans to take care of you, not abandon you, plans to give you the future you hope for. 12"When you call on me, when you come and pray to me, I'll listen. 13-14"When you come looking for me, you'll find me. "Yes, when you get serious about finding me and want it more than anything else, I'll make sure you won't be disappointed." God's Decree. "I'll turn things around for you. I'll bring you back from all the countries into which I drove you"—God's Decree—"bring you home to the place from which I sent you off into exile. You can count on it.

Fasting is not so much about abstaining from food as much as it is about focusing our complete concentration on God through prayer.

Week of Prayer and Fasting Sept 2-8 (Day 1)

Here is a scripture I would like to share with you today.
2 Chronicles 20:3-17:
3 -4 Shaken, Jehoshaphat prayed. He went to God for help and ordered a nationwide fast. The country of Judah united in seeking God's help—they came from all the cities of Judah to pray to God.
5 -9 Then Jehoshaphat took a position before the assembled people of Judah and Jerusalem at The Temple of God in front of the new courtyard and said, "O God, God of our ancestors, are you not God in heaven above and ruler of all kingdoms below? You hold all power and might in your fist—no one stands a chance against you! And didn't you make the natives of this land leave as you brought your people Israel in, turning it over permanently to your people Israel, the descendants of Abraham your friend? They have lived here and built a holy house of worship to honor you, saying, 'When the worst happens—whether war or flood or disease or famine—and we take our place before this Temple (we know you are personally present in this place!) and pray out our pain and trouble, we know that you will listen and give victory.'
10 -12 "And now it's happened: men from Ammon, Moab, and Mount Seir have shown up. You didn't let Israel touch them when we got here at first—we detoured around them and didn't lay a hand on them. And now they've come to kick us out of the country you gave us. O dear God, won't you take care of them? We're helpless before this vandal horde ready to attack us. We don't know what to do; we're looking to you."
13 Everyone in Judah was there—little children, wives, sons—all present and attentive to God.
14 -17 Then Jahaziel was moved by the Spirit of God to speak from the midst of the congregation. (Jahaziel was the son of Zechariah, the son of Benaiah, the son of Jeiel, the son of Mattaniah the Levite of the Asaph clan.) He said, "Attention everyone—all of you from out of town, all you from Jerusalem, and you King Jehoshaphat—God's word: Don't be afraid; don't pay any mind to this vandal horde. This is God's war, not yours. Tomorrow you'll go after them; see, they're already on their way up the slopes of Ziz; you'll meet them at the end of the ravine near the wilderness of Jeruel. You won't have to lift a hand in this battle; just stand firm, Judah and Jerusalem, and watch God's saving work for you take shape. Don't be afraid, don't waver. March out boldly tomorrow—God is with you."

Quit playing, start praying. Quit feasting, start fasting. Talk less with men, talk more with God. Listen less to men, listen to the words of God. Skip travel, start travail. -Leonard Ravenhill
